Thai beef salad of our own design, Craig (aka DH) made the dressing, I did the rest.

There is a tonne of dressing left and it will keep indefinately so I can see this dish coming up often... mega quick cheat dish..

Hubby made me this devine water feature with working pump, the pictures dont show the water flowing, but it does, please ignore the unpainted wall behind, we are yet to paint the outside of our house.
